Dosages from the liquid stuff from ology..

I am confused about my dosages...

I just got some

Clen (says 200mcg/mL)
T3 (says 200mcg/mL)
Letrozole (says 2.5mg/mL)

How much does each pump give? I am planning in using a syringe to measure..

What dosages for each should I take?

(example, 1/4mL= 50mcg of clen?) Is that right?

I am 175lbs.

Any info would be greatly appriciated.

How much does each pump give?

1 pump equals 1/10th of a mL, i.e. 10 pumps = 1 mL. But if you are measuring with a syringe it doesn't matter.

I was thinking of taking liquid t3 with my insulin cycle. Now I read that 1ml=200mcg of t3. So, if I were to measure t3 with an insulin syringe, how many iu's is equal to 1ml?

Also what is the safest/recommended dosage for liquid t3?

That way, I can measure from the iu's from the actual dosage that
states on the label(which is 200mcg/1ml).

If I were to take half of that(100mcg/.5ml), then that would be sufficient, in reference to reading the boards in regards to optimum dosage.
