Dosing strategy to get rid of gyno after PCT...? please help

Alright here's the story, I ran a cycle of test prop + dianabol for 7 weeks. Went to PCT of nolva 40/40/20/20 and everything seemed fine. About a week later I notice small bumps directly under my nipple. Didn't have any nolva left so I ordered more nolva and Letrozole as well.

What is the recommended dosing strategy? A google search yielded varying answers so I'm asking here
