Double Days

Exotic is Erotic...
When double days are performed, do you do cardio first thing in the morning and hit the weights in the evening? Or do you complete your normal training regimen in the AM working one body part and then again in the PM working another body part?

I currently do 2 a days consisting of weight training a specific body part, core work, and cardio...early am and then come back about 12 hours later and do it all over again but working a different body part.

I try to incorporate 2 a days on the weekends...
 
I trained twice a day (weights) for 1 month - 3 days on 1 day off, and saw great gains. However, it was a mad dash to cram in the calories between sessions (I was eating 1000-1500 above maintenance). By the time rest day came around my entire body was drained.

Ya...I understand... During my son's vacations when he is with his dad. I incorporpate more double days then I normally do. I increased in strength quite quickly but by the end of the work week I wanted to just SLEEP, I pushed my way through it BC I am just hard on myself and hate slacking off.

But after 3 weeks of doing 4 double days a week. I let off a little and now only do it on Sat and Suns
