I have been eating dowry fish fillet for dinner for quite sometime and could someone tell me whether this food is good for bodybuilder or not? I usually steamed them up with veggies such as broccoli, potato and cauliflower - cooked in a low fat milk sauce.
wtf is a dowry fish fillet, i searched it and couldnt find shit, is it some kind of prepackaged frozen fish fillet, if it is try flipping over the box and reading the nutritional info on it.
