Dropping weight and learning as much as I can to obtain and begin my first cycle

I had a local order go missing a few months back. When I started researching some more, I discovered that I would rather make some of these decisions based on knowledge instead of entirely someone else's opinion. I am 30, 6'4", and 230 pounds. I would like to drop 20 to 30 before I begin. At which point, I intend to start with a mix of Deca Durabolan and Test. I've joined the forum for advice. Obviously, my diet will be changing, and I will be returning to five days a week in the gym as opposed to three. Any advice on the quick shedding of pounds without loss of muscle would be appreciated. Plus, the internet is very misleading, I am not asking for your supplier, but the opposite. Sites and actions to avoid to keep myself out of trouble maybe.

Less calories, more cardio. Stop eating so much carbs n up you dietary fats while keeping protein high. Also five days a week at the gym traing naturally???? Try three days and do the other days doing some bike riding or hiking. You'll lose the weight.
