dumb question on research-ology liquids

hey i just got some nolva and letro and i want to know how many pumps equal 1ml? thanks guys

I have AIFM and looked at the bottle and it says 2 pumps is a mg.. my bad, but idk how that is for your stuff?? maybe its same, i wont promise to it tho

Use a 1ml syringe, it easier to measure and you know exactly what dose you are getting....

I seem to recall that 20 squirts = ~ 1mL, but I'm not sure.

Here is an older dosage chart, but I think everything is still the same. Here is the Letro.

Letrozole
30mL 2.5mgs/mL
10 pumps=1mL
10 pumps=2.5mgs
1 pump=.25mgs

Go to walgreens and buy an oral syrnge. It comes with a rubber stopper that allows drawing from the bottles.

For letrozole, I just do 4 or more squirts in the morning depending on what my goals are for that cycle. Currently, it's 4 squirts.

1 squirt is typically 1/10 of 1ML
