during your off time not in cyle

They can/will supress the HTPA, so NO its not wise..recovery is recovery.. either your on or your not..In between is NOT on, so no its not a sensible thing to do.. supports and PCT may be needed also during/after taking some sarms

Let me add, if the duration between cycles is many months, and the cycle with sarms of a few weeks here and there, long as there is enough time for PCT with FULL recovery, it can be done, but it should be considered "CYCLE".. Its pointless if you ask me!

I think if on TRT then it could be OK

I'll second this. I run SARMS during my cruises sometimes. They don't raise my BP, or have any considerable effect on my lipids or liver values. However, if you are not on trt and just PCTing, I would recommend treating sarms as you would any other AAS.
