E2 and testicular ache/ BPH symptoms

I have been experiencing testicular ache. I take only Test cyp with no AI and no HCG. (I have already had discussions on this topic on this board recently).

My question might the ache be due to shutdown ( i would not think as i have been on trt for a few years now)? Or i seem to have run across some information that states it may be from raised E? I have an appointment coming up to try to get either an AI or both an AI and HCG. Could it be my E that is causing prostate BPH along with the testicular ache? Here is some recent, incomplete, bloodwork.

TT 741 (300-1000)
FT 1.33% (.95- 4.3)
E2 41 (sensative) less than 39 is in range. (quest)
Cortisol 17.3 (morning)
DHEA 73 (61-1636)
Pregnenolone 117 (13-208)
Vit D 44 (30-100)
DHT 58 (16-79)
SHGB 38 (10-50)

Doubtful. And you have been shut down for two years so it isn't that either.

Regardless, hCG is a good idea.

You don't appear to need an AI. DIM would probably be sufficient. You can get it OTC.

Thanks Megatron:

I had read on some other forums that many had relief from testicular pain and may prostate symptoms once E was lowered. Wanted to see if that made sense.

Im sure elevated E can cause BPH, Im not sure your number is that high though. Its not terribly high. Then again its possible.
