what would be the best thing to eat if im working out at 6:00am and dont have that much time to really have a full meal, and when i get to work about 8
o i have my pwo shake and eat a whole food meal like 9:00, Am i doing this the best way i can, im am doing a lean bulk diet, the rest of my diet in ok, just seem to have problems in the morning? please help
