EAS protein

I was at sam's club yestarday (bulk food store) and they had 5lbs for $29 bucks. Was wondering if anyone has tried the EAS %100 whey before? They had it in vanilla and choc. Any info would help me thanks.

I've used it in the past. Its no better or worse than any other high quality protein supplement. You could probably get it a bit cheaper online though.

how does it taste? I got some ON Mint chocolate and it takes like shit it less I put some dextrose it in.

Cheaper than 29 bucks? Thats pretty low, shipping alone would add 5-10 bucks at least.

Ive been using it on and off for a year, I mix it with raw oatmeal, mixes well, thin consistently... The taste, 1-10.... Ill give it a 5

Its great for the price.... Packing is where the savings is....

I've used EAS from SAM'S CLUB for over a year. It's definitely the cheapest anywhere! The taste isn't bad it seems to mix well.

I like EAS banana protein. It's good. EAS is a reputable brand so it's good quality but as for the taste of vanilla and chocolate I do not know.

I use to use it years ago because it was dirt cheap (compared) and a quality brand.. even some no-name brands were more. Never tried the banana, only had the choc and vanilla and they were just "ok" pretty plain/basic taste. Definetly flavors you want to "spice" up w/fruit, pb, splenda, etc.. about a year and half ago I noticed their prices started going way up so between that and getting sick of the same flavors, I started switching around. Trueprotein is great.

I've used it before and it was OK. I like Optimum Whey because of the taste, price, etc. But as long as you stick with a reputable brand you'll be find.

whey protien is garbage... i read up on it.. i used to take myoplex and did research... whey is a cheap afterproduct that is used to make protien supps.....rather than throw it away... egg albumin is 10000000000 times better !
