Eat every 2-3 hrs,50g protein,30g carbs every meal - good test diet?

Hi,I was advised this as a guide to how much protein,carbs,fat I should be taking in only daily basis on my upcoming 12wk 400mg/week test cyp cycle.

Is this good guide and do I need to include much fat?
 
No, that's not good because it doesn't give a good basis to follow. First, we need your stats bro (age, height, weight, training, goals, etc..). Then we can use that to figure out what your A)totals cals should be and B)what your macro's should be (i.e. 45% protein, 30% carbs, 25% fats).. Thats a start to a good diet.
