eating 3 small meals

what would be the difference between eating three small meals and a protein shake after a workout opposed to eating six meals a day there's never enough time in a day for me to eat six meals i usually have a few egg whites and bacon for breakfast and a p/o shake and some chicken and sweet potatoes for lunch and the same for dinner any opinions thanks
 
Actually eating lots of small meals for weight loss is just a myth. As long as your daily totals at the end of the day are where you need them, your golden. 3-5 meals a day is fine. If you like it or it helps ya, go for it but don't expect amazing results.
 
also less carb later on in the day i found to help.
if your trying to bulk and put on lbs then your only taking in maybe half 0f what you should be.

me 3-4 meals and 3 protien drinks= bulk

3-4meals"bit less cals" and 3 protien drinks"2 scoops as to 3 like when i bulk" and training is alterd to more reps and add cardio.= cutting/fatloss


are you trying to bulk or loos fat?
 
bulk up but i can never find enough time in the day to eat every 4hrs

I don't know how you can do it. I go 2 hours without eating and I start to feel hungry.. 3 and I feel like my muscle is wasting away.

i feel that.

you may not be able to eat a meal every three hours, but what a bout a healthy snack? almonds, apple, beef jerky, nf cottage cheese. you're better off with something more than this, but anything helps. if ur bulking you need even more calories, so you better find a way to start takin in some calories.
 
I can feel a noticeable boost in my metabolism after eating 6-7 meals a day for 2 straight weeks.
 
ive noticed that when i eat 7 or more meals a day that im never hungry. even if i eat the same food.

its a pain in the ass though so i prefer 4 or 5.
