Became a 3js client and started on monday with a 3000 cal a day carb cycling diet. This is just the beginning phase to start. I'very only been doing this for 2 days and I am sick of food. Now I'm starting to understand that 80% of your success is diet.
Whats your current stats? It gets much easier after time and gradually increasing your calories in a proper manner. I found it easier to increase fats before carbs, followed by proteins, then carbs afterwards. Also kept me from gaining too much fat in the process. Before you know it you'll be hammering down 16oz steaks with a side of potatoes, broccoli, washed down with a big ass glass of milk 4x a day
lol... remember, if this shit were easy... everyone would be doing it.. there would be no value to being in shape.. because everyone has it.. its like having underwear
and yea.. i dont mind you starting off with 4-5 meals a day and working your way up.. its a lifestyle my friend..
Make sure that the foods in your diet are foods that you love and enjoy or can learn to enjoy it's like when you're a kid and your mother tells you to eat broccoli because it's good for you but as a kid you hate brocolli because you learned to hate broccoli. if you go over the paradigm and make eating fun and a fun learning experience then it will not be work anymore. Eating should never be a task but something to be enjoyed. Make sure that your staying active not only to burn those calories that you are consuming but to make yourself hungry and thus when you eat you will enjoy it.
