Eating after morning cardio?

Hey just wanted to know weather its ok to eat my normal oats/shake in the morning after cardio? And yes im trying to trim down

thanks mate, This time round im going to try cutting with carbs as all of my other times ive tried on a very low carb diet and it makes me go crazy.

i take in the same thing post cardio as i do post workout.

If you want to maximize fat buring I wouldn't eat carbs after morning cardio (if it's on an empty stomach). I drink a protein shake and wait about 2 hours before eating any carbs.
