eating big

Hey guys, I am fairly new to this forum so let me introduce myself. I am 5"7, about 155lbs, 27 years old. I use to be about 160lbs, but I lost a few lbs from not eating as much due to the stressful process of buying my first home pretty much. At the job I use to work at, I ate 4 times while I was at work, ate breakfast before I left for work, and ate at least once more later(post work out). I was eating every 2.5 to 3 hours and consuming 3,000 to 3,500 calories. My maintenance calorie intake I believe is about 2,500 or so. Well, I am going back to school in a couple of weeks(6-11pm) mon-fri, and I will need to get a day job. My question for you gurus is do you have any pointers or tips on how to keep up with all those calories between work and school. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Im 28 and am a pretty busy person as well. Eating for BBing used to seem like a full time job. I plan all my meals ahead now. I also prepare all my meals at night for the next day. A quick run down for me is wake-up 7 breakfast 8 egg whites boiled night before, microwave 1 cup oats a piece of fruit. 2 min. prepared breakfast. 8-9 oclock lift then drink whey pro shake. 10 oclock work. 11 oclock chicken breast made night before kept in tuper ware over night, with some spinach. 2 oclock tuna or roast beef sandwich made night before etc. So basically you spend no time thinking or worryin about what to eat when to eat just prepare before hand and plan out next days meals.

Thanks bro, Eating big is definately can seem like a full time job. How do you get all those calories basically on the go, where are you getting them from? It's not like we all are home all day and can eat 6 sit down meals.

Beakfast I eat at home. then post w/o shake on drive back home. Then I go to work and luckily have a desk job and they dont mind me eating there. I eat dinner at home around 6 then a shake with peanut butter yogurt bannana and milk before bed. Im thinking twice about that shake though and will probably be gettin cassein protein it's digest easier and quicker. When I was in college I ate between classes or the drive there or home. You can always sneak a meal in.

That's true, I loved it at my old job cause I could eat there 4 times a day just while I was at work. Now I'll just have to think up a new game plan. Thanks for your help friend.
