Wanted to see what you guys think about my diet. I am beginning week 5 of my first cycle of test e 500/wk for 12 weeks. My stats are 5'9 210 15 % BF 29 yrs old. I am trying to gain some size but also lean up and cut some BF. Here is my typical day's consumption:

Meal 1 - 6 egg whites 2 yolks 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 grape fruit
Meal 2 - Protein Shake 50 grams of protein
Meal 3 - 2 cans of tuna 1/2 cup brown rice or equivalent brown carb
Meal 4 - Protein Shake 50 Grams
Meal 5 - Two Chicken Breast (0r Salmon filets etc.) 1/2 cup brown rice and salad
Meal 6 - Protein shake 50 grams

I have been following diet 4 weeks. So far my weight has not changed but I can tell I have gotten a little bigger and cutting a little. Will I eventually gain weight, do I need to eat more, or what? Thanks for your advice.
 
Diet doesn't look bad but if you're not gaining weight then its time to up the calories. Try to get in some more whole food too. Maybe some cottage cheese for some protein. Get in some healthy fats too, some natty pb or olive oil.
 
yeah bump it up 500 kcal. macronutriend ratio depends on you, since you want
"lean bulk" make it all protein, if you dont gain weight just eat more!
