Eating/training question during PCT.

I've read the stickies and they suggest that you don't train more than 45 minutes per day during PCT as training places your body in a catabolic state. My question about this is what if I eat mid-workout? I've preferred to train for two hours a day even when I was natural, and I would like to continue that even when I come off. Would a timeline like this make any sense?

3:30 PM: Eat 800 calorie meal.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Train (eat 455 calorie peanut butter sandwich at 5:00 PM)
6:30 PM: Eat 800 calorie meal.

I'd be getting in two thousand calories during a three hour time-frame. Would this work? Or should I just reduce my workouts to 45 minutes per day?

I wouldn't really put a time limit on it. You can work your ass off in a 20min sesh, or do fuck all in 2 hours. Time doesn't mean a whole lot. Someone once posted on here "you can train hard, or you can train long, but you can't do both." Short and intense workouts are far better IMO.

As far as PCT goes, you just need to cut back the volume a bit. Keep the same intensity (weight,) but drop back the sets. Eat at maintenance or just over.

To answer your question about intraworkout nutrition, it's really not needed unless your training way over 2 hours. Really not needed at all.

Iv not ever heard of the training under 45 min while on pct...

You shouldn't be trainging long regardless . Just enough " muscle -growth work" regardless of on or off a cycle. Just drink some aminos and carbs mid workout they are designed for your purpose. Why would you literally stop mid workout to eat a whole food meal ? That would definitly put you over a 45 min mark. Are you going to really take bites of food between sets , really now? Drink aminos you'll be fine and better off.
