So With my years trying every different way of eating, macro ratio, Volume of training, ect, the one thing I have learned is I am VERY sensitive to carbs. No matter how I train the ONLY way I lose any weight is if I eat complex carbs upon waking, pre workout and simple carbs post. and small amounts at that. If I eat carbs at any other time I start gaining. This isnt a big deal for me. I just have to cut down real low on carbs when cutting and only raise them slightly when bulking.
Now Im looking to do my first cycle within the next 6 months. I will be almost 25 and have trained natural for 10 years at that point. I was curious If I should eat the same amount of carbs as when not on cycle while on?
Im going to up my cals about a G, and obviously up my protein but do I need to up my carbs too? What I dont want to happen is gain a shit load of fat on my first cycle. Im going to eat very clean the 12 weeks Im on. What do you guys think for the carb sensitive out there?
