ECA questions

I just started my eca cycle im 200 lbs at 5 foot 9 and 15% body fat.

I was wondering how long the jitters last and if its good that they last long? Like does that mean its working well
 
Jitters are pretty much an individual response based on dose, food intake, coffee added, caffeine/stimulant tolerance, etc. but generally speaking you should acclimate in a few days. Most ECA instructions would tell new users to ramp up dosage to see how their body reacts.

My first experience was jitters and increased temp that lasted 4-6 hours and faded until I took it again the next day. By the end of the week I was fine and bumped the dose up.

Results like what? Weight loss? It's not a magic pill bro, you're still expected to do intense cardio to make it truly effective. I wouldn't expect to lose more than a pound or two a week.
You'll sweat more, if you want to cout that as results...

well i mean what if i get a 30 min run no food in my system in the morning work a 10 construction job and then another 30 minutes on the stepper you think i will get descent results?

what dose are you taking and how often??? how long of arun? and do you use anything else?
 
When I am cutting fat I use EC myself. I do not use the aspirin. I will take 21mgs of ephedra and 200mgs of caffeine 3 times a day. I will start at 06:00am and take the next set at 10:30 and then the next at 15:00. This way it is out of my system so I can sleep at night and the next day I do it again.

I do my cardio after my weight training when the glycogen is out of the muscles forcing them to chew on the fat. I will then make sure I do at least 45 minutes of cardio at least 5 times a week. Keep your calories to a slight deficit and keep going till you hit the desired results.
