I am an ectomorph and a hard gainer. Over the years I have built an impressive physique for my genetics. My diet is perect and my workouts just right for my needs, which basically means more rest days than training days. My only two problems I have is i have narrow shoulders and high calves. From side poses I look awesome however as soon as I face forward my delts let me down. My calves are good but due to been so high they look shit. I sthere anything you guys can recommend that will get my shoulders more width. I think my calves are just something I will have to live with but any tips will be appreciated.
 
THink you can post your workout? I'd like to see what you're already doing for shoulders so we can help you out a little bit more.
 
You can always make your shoulders appear wider by increasing the mass of the deltoids and lats while decreaseing waist size. I have high calves as well but have noticed that you can still build some decent size on them. Sure they won't be as full as you would like but they will look freakier. :)
 
high calves look more cut IMO...

i think the shoulders thing is just genetics bro... some people are just born with a bird frame.. and some people are build like a shit brickhouse, im right in the middle...
