I am an ectomorph and a hard gainer. Over the years I have built an impressive physique for my genetics. My diet is perect and my workouts just right for my needs, which basically means more rest days than training days. My only two problems I have is i have narrow shoulders and high calves. From side poses I look awesome however as soon as I face forward my delts let me down. My calves are good but due to been so high they look shit. I sthere anything you guys can recommend that will get my shoulders more width. I think my calves are just something I will have to live with but any tips will be appreciated.
