been reading and see quite alot about efa what are these and how much should i be having a day trying to loose weight if that helps cheers

Avocado's, almonds, almond butter, peanut butter (natural) seeds, EVOO, good fats......


I normally try to get mine in my last two meals of the day and not with carbs.

A wise man told me, carbs/pro=ok, fats/pro=ok, fats/carbs=not ok
 
is there a recomended daily amount m8 cheers

Lots of variables, bulking? cutting? do you know what your maintenance level is?

I try and stay with a 40/40/20 split so 40% carbs/40%protien/20%fats

When im cutting i try and keep my calories around 2400 bulking at 3500 so for cutting that would be:
20%x2400=480cals of fat @9g per cal= 55g fat (roughly)

20%x3500=700cals @ 9 = 75g (roughly)
