Lots of variables, bulking? cutting? do you know what your maintenance level is?
I try and stay with a 40/40/20 split so 40% carbs/40%protien/20%fats
When im cutting i try and keep my calories around 2400 bulking at 3500 so for cutting that would be:
20%x2400=480cals of fat @9g per cal= 55g fat (roughly)
20%x3500=700cals @ 9 = 75g (roughly)
