Egg whites raw with shakes ??

Thank you! Well i doubt there would be too much of a difference, protein is quite stable and your gonna have to cook the shit outta some eggs to kill the protein. You could however damage the quality of it slightly but nothing to worry about. Oddly enough my stomach seems to like raw white over cooked, it seems to digest them better.

Any difference in protein content versus it being cooked ?

very minimal.. if they are raw the bioavailability bottoms out.. but when cooked.. or pasturized, they are one of the most bioavailable foods on the planet
 
.............. :dunno: I don't know shit except to keep my weight up and to feel good I put three raw eggs in all my protein shakes. Been doin this for 45 years. :)
 
You are correct, as long as they are 100% pasteurized you can consume them raw. Personally I prefer them cooked. I cook roughly 10 egg whites for breakfast every morning.
 
I drink cartons post workout, I no longer believe expensive whey protein is even close to worth it anymore. I wish I can get all my money back and never had all those smelly farts
