just wondering if anyone has the facts on a regular size egg
protien, carbs, calories and such

When Im bulking I eat a dozen in the morning
9 whites 3 whole

when cutting I eat 6-8
5 whites one whole or 6 whites 2 whole
 
i only eat 4 scrambled with 4 piece of turkey bacon in the morning :)

4 Scrambled Eggs with a lil milk mixed in

Wow this is sounds much better than them friggin oats mixed with protein shakes... yuck! It's all rocky's fault i tell ya. Noobs like me tend to think you gotta eat disgusting to eat right

now im not saying the turkey bacon is great for u. i just like a little good tasting food in the morning. the rest of my day suffers.

Yeah you gotta enjoy what you are doing or its easy to lose motivation. As far as the fat goes, there's always CoQ10, lecithin and the oh so yummy cod liver oil :D
 
on days i dont eat that though i eat

1 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch Cereal

34g carb 9g protein 5g fat 200Cal


1 cup Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese

16g carb 24g protein 0g fat 180Cal
 
Egg yolks are very good for the heart and cholesterol in them is also a good cholesterol.
In the US, raw eggs are generally safe. Lots of people down raw eggs everyday without problem.
6 Egg Whites And 2 Yolks In The Morning Are Going To Provide The Body With:

* 26.5 grams of protein.
* Zero carbohydrates.
* 5.23 grams of fat 2.7 grams of that is unsaturated fat (good fats).
* 153 calories.
 
^ add a cup of milk to that and BAM. great scrambled breakfast :p
 
The union at my school has HB eggs in bulk just waiting for me to devour.

On my bulk I easily eat almost 2 dozen a day with 2-4 yolks.

Eggs are God's nectar to us body builders.
