end of cycle..need advise

ive just finished my first cycle of Sustanon (sust) and decca and would like to get some advise on what i can have in my 10 weeks off..

Hi and welcome to the site.

As the guys have asked, are you or did you do PCT? If you don't know what is is then tell us, as you must do it at the end of a cycle.

Also I'm not sure what you mean by "what i can have in my 10 weeks off.." can you make that a bit more clear please

no excuse my ignorence im not sure what that is!!

only my first cycle see and was told i have to come of for 10 weeks before i can do another? is tjis right.

quite happy with the gainsi amp of Sustanon (sust) and decca but thinking next cycle of doing 2 of each.

I'm totally confused......you don't know what pct (post cycle therapy) is? And next time your gonna do 2 of what?

pct is post cycle therapy its what u do after cycle to get ur sex drive and natural test levels back before the next cycle u need to do some research before u think about doing another cycle

fingers crossed as yet i seem to be ok and was going to have 10 weeks off before starting a new cycle.

hope this is a little clearer.

just needed some advise on what to do before my next cycle..please dont shoot me down im a nice guy!!!

You need to get some Nolvadex.

no nolva cant run nolva with deca just get some clomid

Yeh clomid is good, never run deca. Cant afford to have it in my system for over a year. My bad stallion!
