End of my 1st test/Deca Cycle -- Advice from the experts please

9 weeks in and 3 to go. im 29, and did a test/deca cycle with good results. I started at 202 and 13% BF (calipers) - Im now 224 with a slightly higher BF. Im bigger and stronger but im a little too chunky for beach season. no side effect besides shrinking testicles. Ive eaten on avg 3600 calories a day (which was tough and expensive).

So here i am now with 3 weeks to go. I havent done any cardio in 9 weeks - NONE. Now my goal is to drop some fat while keeping as much of this hard earned muscle as possible. im going to include a few days of cardio - here are my questions

1) Cardio - HITT in an empty stomach? or a moderately paced session for 20 min?

2) i have 20ml or oral nolvadex - when do i start, how much to take and how do i take it? (stick a needle in the bottle and insert in my mouth)? (i know i should research, but there is not a consistent answer)

3) would adding 4 weeks of Winstrol (winny) at the end of my cycle be good? ive dine by itself and saw results, but the dry joints were to much, but cycling with deca? will that help?

4) Fat burners? i take a scoop of jack3d before most workouts just to get my mind right - anything else to consider in terms of an actual fat burner.

I dont know if cutting at this time is a good idea. I know you don't want to hear this, but cycling is much more than a 1 time deal. not gonna get exactly where you want to be on just 1, usually.
 
That was the wrong cycle to worry about cutting. Keep eating like a horse and get the rest of your gains. Continue eating like crazy and giving your body what it needs throughout your PCT. People dont realize how critical diet is during PCT. Then when everything is all said and done get yourself some clen and run that. I like to run it with a mild AAS like Anavar (var) because clen isnt very selective with what it burns, it just burns.
If you could stand to wait 8 weeks then here is a good cutting cycle, just for cut, not much additional mass.
Anavar (var) 50mgs ed for weeks 1-10
Adex .5mg EoD for water(Keeps you tight)
Clen 120-160mcgs daily week1-4
1 week of of clen with benadryl therapy then resume clen at same dose.
Pct Clomid 50mgs daily weeks 1-4
Aromasin 12.5mgs Eod weeks 1-4
This cycle will ensure you save your hard earned muscle and cut fat. Clen works well with T3. I havent tried it but I have seen some guys who do and the results are very evident that it was an un-natural cut.
I havent ran a tren cycle yet but if you are already low bf that would be something to talk to the more experienced guys about.
 
Deca need to run for 12 weeks with your test ran out 2-3 weeks longer. So you still have a few more weeks if you want to take advantage of that. I wouldn't bother with the win. It's not a cutter.
 
You either need to extend your cycle and switch up some compounds, or run it for the 12 weeks, than PCT than go back on...but that is kinda useless IMO.

For me, I would I would run this 12 weeks, just go on 500mg of Test for 4 and maintain what you got, then add in some Masteron, and maybe Tren (depending on your experience) for 8 weeks while you diet.

But you are kinda in a crunch because the nice weather is just around the corner, and may want to skip the maintainence period.

I always use a combination of HIIT and steady state cardio whilst dieting. Unless you are ketogenic then just steady state. And if you have the time do the cardio in the am, and train in the afternoon.
