Ephedra and muscle cramping

When taking ephedra based products such as Dymetradine Extreme I experience muscle cramping especially in the Hamstrings Abs and Lats.
What can you take to counter this?

Im drinking around 2 litres a day so I will up the water intake although Its a real effort for me to even drink that much as Im in the toilet all day.
