Ephedrine HCl & Caffeine?

I was planning on ordering a couple bottles of Vasopro Ephedrine HCl from 1fast400.com...
This might be a stupid question, but what caffeine pills do u stack with it, and where do you buy them?

25-50mg ephedrine, depending on how much you weigh and 200mg of caffeine.

those 8mg hcl ephedrine,s they are selling up here sucks though.....

One last question... I run 4 times a week for 30mins.
Would there be any benefits to just taking this 4x a week only before I run? If it is, how long should I take the stack before each run?
