Hey all, first post on here, but I've been lurking around and researching from this forum (and others) for about 5 or 6 months. Anyways, decided to run a moderately short (4 week) cycle to break me through this plateau I've been on for a while, and also to make some good, solid size gains.
I'm 23, 6' even, 180lbs. Been lifting for as long as I can remember (started at 16). No previous cycles.
The cycle I have put together is as follows:
On
Epi-strong 45mg ED 1-4
Forma-stanz 10 Pumps ED 1-4
Both
HCGenerate 2-8
PCT
DAA 3g ED
TCF-1 (first 12 days)
Diet
3.4k Workout days (No carbs, High protein, High fat)
2.9k Off days (High carb)
So my questions are on the use of Forma-stanz. From what I've researched, It's effective even on it's own (sans AAS), and this is why I wanted to stack it with Epi-strong. But perhaps it's better suited as a PCT?
My main goal here is to have a solid post cycle therapy (pct). I want to run a safe, totally planned cycle that will leave a minimal dent on my hormonal cycles. Also, don't want to be getting limp dick for the rest of my life after getting off this stuff, or on viagra at age 25 lol.
Also interested in PP's Alpha Sustain... anyone heard of it? PP is out of business after an FDA raid, so this is basically not available any more. I did however find one bottle on amazon. The product claims to sustain elevated test levels after discontinuation of AAS. Their study showed on-cycle levels being held for about 15 days after a 4 week cycle before declining. That said, I always thought PP was shady as f***. They have a lot of too good to be true "studies" concerning their products.
