I was wondering If epistane would be a good cutter for me to take? I'm 6' 215(most of its muscle, not all) ahah. what I wanted to do is cut excess fat and gain lean muscle, I just needed to know if this would be the product I should use for a first time cycle. also what kind of post cycle should I look for or if there is anyother supplements I should take while on this cycle. please help with some advice and some pointers thanks

Epi is great for strength. Wether you lose fat or gain muscle depends on how much you eat. Epi is fairly strong for a ph and h-drol is usually recommended more often for a first cycle. With that being said I am running Epi currently @ 30mg/day, currently 2 weeks in and have zero side effects so far.

You need a on-cycle support supplement to protect your liver, control blood pressure, etc, etc. As well for post cycle therapy (pct) you will need a SERM and test booster combo. If you search this forum you can find 99% of the answers you need.

when I ran helladrol i gained 15lbs. and my body fat dropped from 7% to 6.2%... i think its an excellent first cycle...

why kind of liver supplement should I be on and pct?

TUDCA is supposed to be great for oral cycles, though I have not been able to track it down yet to try it. The all-in-one cycle supports are typically enough for a short-medium length cycle - they usually contain NAC and Milk Thistle, plus some cholesterol and blood pressure help. For PCT, you MUST have a SERM - you may survive without it, but why take the chance?

For epi specifically, you're going to want something to help your joints, as well - it can be very hard on them. Super cissus comes up regularly, and I felt pretty good on Joint Fixx.

You also will want a few grams of omega 3s in your regimen.

I got the omega 3 supplements and a the multi vitamins buy what's the best stuff for liver supplements that I can get at Walmart or vitamin shop? and would nolva be fine for my pct?

one more thing if I were to take it how should I do the dosage and web should I up it?

I ran epi on a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose of test. Support supplements etc. After 4 days at 30mg had headaches and head felt pressurized, really tired. 2 weeks got off it for a day just to feel good. Last week headaches went away but estrogen was getting too low and knees began to hurt making leg day intolerable even with joint support.

I did gain strength and gained probably 8 lbs of muscle and lost a tad bit of fat. I'm.sitting around 11% bf.

FWIW I've run m1t cycles and superdrol cycles a few years ago and always felt great. Gaining a lot more muscle and always lost a little fat. It's strange.but I can't handle the sides of epi but do great with superdrol and even m1t which is deemed even harder on the system.

If I had it over again is probably do like the poster above mention and go with hdrol. Epi doesn't make you lose weight it just dries you the hell (less water weight) out and also has a property that controls fat gain , your diet will be what determines how aggressive your fat loss is.
