Equipment review-Adidas Adipure Trainers

You know those newer shoes that are essentially Indian moccasins on steroids? Yeah them. Now this is probably not limited to just the Adidas. Chances are you will get equal performance from the Vibram Five Fingers. This is more about the "Style of shoe".

Well I got some in November for my birthday but due to it being winter...never really got to use them for running. Today was the first legit run with them.

OH GAWD, parts of my feet/leg hurt I didnt know I had :squint:

One thing is I noticed(As apposed to my Nike Shox) my body pretty much instantly switched to landing on my forefoot, avoiding the heel. It made the run feel different, but far more natural. I switched up between running in the grass and running on pavement. Grass offers a far greater experience, as the soft ground felt amazing with every touchdown my feet made.

I will be doing runs with them all week, and probably walking like I am crippled all week lol.

So far though, these have replaced my traditional running shoes and at the same time gave me more options on where and how I can run. In water, sand, dirt, mud, grass, on pavement, etc.

Also they just feel nice.

I have a pair of fila's which have a harder rubber bottom, and i use them for hiking, it def gives the feet and calfs a dif kind of workout then in the gym, im a big fan of these.

i have flat feet.....needless to say it sucks, i dont run with them never had a problem with running, and ven with flat feet i can still run faster then almost anyone i know my size. I wear them hiking, at least the fila ones i got before everyone started making them hold up great. My arches in them stay, even with the rubber bottoms being flexable, i love them. Never did try to run in them, dont think i will wear them to the gym either.
