I know I need alot of work and my abs look like shit but im working hard any idea what my body fat is?

This photo sucks. It's very difficult to tell how lean your pecs are with your arm in the way.

Ya I know its high im not sure how acurate body calipers are my girl checked me about 22% those electric ones at the vym say 33% I think thats not accurate at all
