everyone always asking for stats?

People will do what they want to do, better to be well informed of the situation than be ignorant to it. Swhastats are asked for, like stated above it is only to help. Glad I joined this forum because I didn't know shit about AAS other than muscle growth and small nuts but after asking questions and reading post I have become more aware of what I'm doing. Good criticism or bad, be a man about the situation and don't cry

Oscar Pastoriois the South African amputee who ran in the regular olympocs. He alegedly shot his girlfriend and the "big" news was they found test and alcohol in his room. Not that the guy was fucked up as am listening to it as I type.[/QUOTE]

right i do remember hearing that now

ya the kid thing i totally understand like i said but, what im saying is a workout buddy of mine starting at something like 115lbs at close to 30 years old and im guessing he s around 5'9-5'10, just slighty shorter then me. he s put on around 20 lbs in around 3 years he says. good progress, now of course he s still skinny but is this guy ever going to be a lean 225lbs... heck no. thats all im saying

your buddy has no business doing steroids . all the excuses in the world do NOT change the fact that he doesnt eat enough . all the hard gainer and bad genetics doesnt change the fact that steroids are useless without proper calries and protein , if he was eating proper calories and protein he wouldnt weigh 135 pounds PERIOD

Look at aas as a turbo charger on a car. What does a turbo do it compresses air gets more oxygen in the cylinder so more fuel can be used thus making the engine more efficient and powerful. Aas is the same thing. Its the turbo charger of your muscle cells. It helps with protein synthesis thus being able to take more of the protein you take in amd shove them i to the muscle and tgus this helps with recovery amd growth.

If you put shitty fuel in a turbo car your gping to get shitty performance and in the long run your going to mess it up. Same thing with aas if you keep eating shitty all your doing is for not because your muacles are not going to get the correct nutrients thus not growing properly and they end up fatiguing amd u hurt yourself i the long run

On aas you have to treat yourself like you do your high performance cars. If you do what your supposed to you will get the desired results if you dont do what your supppsed to that 9 sec corvette you spent 35K to build has just become a pile of shit.

Stats are always needed. Like someone who weighs 150 dosn't need as much test as someone who weighs 220 or if its first cycle second and there forth.

no matter what question is asked on here, there is always somebody who has to ask for stats? if the person asking the question is old enough and has decent lifting experience, thats what counts. genetically not all people can get to 200-250lbs. a small framed guy that naturally weighs say 120-150lbs cannot naturally put on 50-80 pounds of muscle to get to the weight some feel is big enough to do a cycle. what separates a 225 lb guy at 10% bf and a 150lb guy at 10% bf isnt that the bigger guy eats more! its called genetics. everyone can gain muscle but you cant expect guys that normally weigh 120-160 lbs to get to 225lbs. maybe 160lb guy has already put on 20lbs of muscle to get to that weight? just seems like so many guys are hung up on peoples weight when what really matters is the persons overall health, bf, and progress one has made from there starting point reguardless of there weight. just my opion

They ask for stats to answer most questions. If you dont tell them ur stats, then its like going to the doctor and asking him to fix something wrong, and then not giving the doc ur symtoms. And you can for the most part put on 50-80lbs of muscle, even if you are light. It just takes alot of time, money, energy, diet, and motivation.

Good to hear someone else throw around some car lingo and know what they are talking about. Nicely used example!!!!

This depends on the sport or training method. Bodybuilding is going to be different than strength training for example. When it comes to strength training your bodyweight and lift numbers are what determine if you're a novice, intermediate, advanced or elite athlete. You can train for 10 years and still be a novice.

I agree with people asking stats cause most the time the kid that don't weigh that much thinks its gonna make him huge when he's not eaten nearly enough. I was that kid that said I was a hard gainer and I kinda am cause my metabolism is fast as hell but more times then not and my case back then included its not eaten enough you may think you are but they would be surprised by how much food it really takes to be "eaten enough"
