Here is what I used to Help Add A Ton of size this past year. I'm posting what i ate on off days because, my food intake during workout days can be confusing. If anyone wants the whole program send me a PM. This also doesn't include supplements. Which I will send if you want.
OFF DAYS (FOOD INTAKE)
