I've posted a few times trying to gather information and I think I'm ready!
Nov 23 - Feb 1
week 1-10: 600mg Test E
week 2-10: 6.25mg Aromasin ED. (I will wait until I start to notice bloating though, and then I'll up the dose from there if need be.)
No PCT required... I'm on TRT... so back to regular dose.
I was going back and forth between 12 weeks of 500mg, or 10 weeks of 600mg... Pretty sure the difference, if any, would be minimal. Right? xD
Diet is in check. I'm cutting to 10% bf. The goal is to get there by the beginning of November so I can slowly transition into eating more calories.
I work out 5-6 days a week right now with at least 1 rest day... on cycle I plan to work out 7 days a week, and will only rest if I feel I absolutely need to.
I would LIKE to gain 8-10 lbs (or more) of lean muscle, and keep my bf % as low as possible. I will be eating clean, and aiming for approx. 3,000 calories at the start. (220 p, 400g c, 80g fat). I'm gonna post this in the diet section for some advice if there is any.
Stats:
Right now: 23 yrs old, 165 lbs, 14% bf. (Will be 10% by the time I start.)
Goal: 175 lbs, 12% bf.
Basically for anyone who doesn't want to read a lot:
-Is 10 weeks @ 600mg test E/week adequate for sufficient lean gains with proper diet and training?
-Will there be a minimal difference between 600mg/week for 10 weeks vs. 500 mg/week for 12?
