Exemestane is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I hope your taking a SARM with it for post cycle therapy (pct)? clomid?
12.5mg ED would be good to run with a Sarm thru PCT

SARMs are not mandatory for PCT... but they are a nice addition.

12.5mg ED, EOD, or E3D is fine depending on level of E2 control needed for the individual. Make sure to run it past the SERM for a few weeks to prevent rebound side effects.
