exemestane question? how much? how long?

So I only did one cycle in my life and that was about 10years ago..I still have some residual gyno in my right breast..I was recommended exemestane (aromasin) I hope im spelling it right.. I ordered the liquid form online 25mg/60ml ..im not sure how to take this ..how much in ml? How long? Please help ..im not running anything if that helps

Im no expert in gyno reversal but I don't think stane is the way to go. I think you need a SERM

Your best bet IMO is Nolvadex. I had the tiniest little bit of tissue under one nipple, nothing noticeable except to me. I ran 20mg per day and within a couple weeks it was gone. But ya, you want a SERM for that job not an AI.

Is letro the same as nolva?

No, at one time letro was thought to be a good choice for this, but due to the fact it will murder your estrogen levels to an unacceptable level, we now know its not a good drug for this. You either want to use Nolvadex or Raloxifine.

Most guys will run 40mg per day until symptoms disappear, i got away with 20. Dont forget though, its not 100% guarantee it will work either. Once gyno gets too far gone only surgery will rid you of it.
