The Man with the Plan
I am constantly bothered with eye "floaters", and thought it was due to my high glucose levels, but after i cut down on them the "floaters still remain, whats the deal with these? I saw on a discovery channel show once long ago that these were worms, and when they died they darkened and caused blindness, is this true?

Have you used a SERM?

I also believe that they happen naturally as one ages. How old are you? Have you seen an optometrist or opthalmologist?

Yes, roundworms can occasionally migrate from the digestive tract to the ocular lens, causing irreversible blindness. This is rare however, and is not common in adults as the worms are introduced via fecal to oral route. So mainly young children in developing countries are affected because of improper hygiene and more exposure. Eye floaters are normal with aging and can also be caused by trauma to the eye. If you are having frequent headaches or blind spots in your vision, this can be signs of something more serious. There are surgeries to remove the floaters but in my opinion are costly and unnecessary, but you can discuss treatment with your eye doctor if u are interested.
