Ok guys it's the start of a new week - can't wait for the gym after work...

Currently I've been doing 4 sets of 8 for everything I do (except calf's - where I do 9 sets of 12)...

At the moment I'm bulking, and I've been reading lots about doing 5 sets of 5 for size, instead of my usual 4 sets of 8.

I fancy switching to this if it's worth it?
 
bulkin is all about tearing the sh!t out of your muscles and getting all that protein in there to grow more. Meaning lift heavy low reps 4-8 and eat like an oxe
 
As heavy as I can go. We do between 12 - 15 reps with 3 sets straight, 3 sets pointed outwards, and 3 sets pointed inwards....

We used to do 9 sets of 8, but I'm finding it to be a very stubborn muscle to develop so switched to higher reps...

do you do ass-to-grass squats, bro?

I know how you feel about those damn stubborn parts. I had that prob too..

since I started squats, it blew up..lil by lil then came calf raises..

I only do them for 3x10 with loads that I cannot almost carry..

did lot of stretches

do you tread after calf workouts?? it helps..

also, maybe because lately for the past months I have been walking around a lot and stuff..ie work and school and stuff...and seemingly that I usually carry heavy stuff....

and I think if muscle growth is by tearing of muscles...won't that like...ouch?

people are still misconcepted around that..but what do I know ? LOL
