Ok guys it's the start of a new week - can't wait for the gym after work...
Currently I've been doing 4 sets of 8 for everything I do (except calf's - where I do 9 sets of 12)...
At the moment I'm bulking, and I've been reading lots about doing 5 sets of 5 for size, instead of my usual 4 sets of 8.
I fancy switching to this if it's worth it?
