hydroxycut or stacker2...but for "supplements" it's DNP...however saying that you better have your diet well in place and then a lot of cardio...even b4 all that.
The best thing is diet and cardio. If you have to lose 30lbs then there is plenty you can do to improve your diet and get great results. And I think 30lbs in 3 months is a bit high.
