Greek yogurt, pb, table spoon of organic, non-heated honey and a big scoop of blueberries.

Going to have to give Kat's protein/yogurt snack a try
 
Vanilla whey with ground cinnamon and and vanilla soy milk mixed thick and spread on a white blueberry bagel. Or chocolate whey and chocolate almond milk on a white bagel.
