What's everyone favorite, I happen to be one of those people who loves squats, deadlifts are another favorite--they hurt like hell and but they are the best two exercises.
I use to live to squat since I can bench press for shit. But since my double car accidents last year Leg extensions seem to do the trick as well as cable flies.
i know that feelin... i repped out the 110's yesterday and when i got through everyone had stopped to watch. pretty cool. We only go up to 120's i'll do those in a couple weeks
I just love doing Leg presses (rep out at 1080lbs) and Squats! im the only person in the gym that is a true musclehead. Keep in mind my gym in on campus and most of the people that come in are women and guys that try to be big and have ILS syndrome.
