favorite post workout meal

oh yeah, then some sort of quality whole food meal like sushi or steak and potatoes or shrimp and rice - damn i'm hungry now!

Hahaha, a box of mike and ikes, that's awesome. I just go with good old fashioned tuna.
 
two scoops of whey\ creatine w\iced tea then
salad w\ cottage cheese and some fruit, turkey on wheat bread, and some egg whites, and lots of water. :insane2:
 
I make a hamburger pasta.

8oz of lean ground beef
pasta
ketchup, lettuce, pickles, mutard thrown on top. Its hits the spot. Makes me full as a bull.
 
For those who consume a whole food meal after your PWO shake (which includes some kind of high GI carb) how much later do your whole food meal, and do you eat white (for a lack of better terms) carbs again? Curious because when I do this it feels like I'm putting on serious pounds.
