Favourite Mass Workouts?

Come on guys lets see your favourite mass workouts, or ones that you have seen great results off?

I am currently running my favourite and seeing great strenght and size gains:

Day 1
Chest & Triceps
Power Sets:
Flat Bench: 3 x 5
Close Grip Bench 3 x 5

Standard Sets:
Incline DB: 3 sets of 8
Flat DB: 3 sets of 8
EZ Skulls: 3 sets of 8
Straight Bar Cable Ext. 3 sets of 8


Day 2
Traps & Lats
Power Sets:
Deadlifts: 4 x 5
Bent Over Rows: 4 x 5

Standard Sets:
Barbell Shrugs: 3 sets of 8
Lat Pulls to neck: 3 sets of 8
seated cable rows: 3 sets of 8


Day 3
Delts, Hamstrings, Calves
Power Sets:
Barbell Military Press: 3 x 5

Standard Sets:
DB Press: 3 sets of 8
Side DB raises: 3 sets of 8
Hamstring Curls: 4 sets of 8
Calf raises: 4 sets of 8


Day 4
Quads & Biceps
Power Training:
Barbell Squats: 5 x 5

Standard Sets:
DB Lunges: 4 sets of 8
Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 8
Preacher Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 8
Incline DB curls: 3 sets of 8

day 2 for me would be lats with biceps, I use reverse grip for lats pull down and work my biceps at the sametime,.
 
To be honest I got hooked onto the OVT(optimum volume training) Regime a couple years ago. Technically...its not for pure mass. Its kind of like a spin on GVT, so it should given strength..But I tell you whaaat I esploded!

Its hard for me to find a good routine, my body adapts and gets strong, but does not grow well. I really have to focus hard on squeezing at peaks and such. I will shrink while intense lifting, down pretty small. But grow in strength to levels that technically I should not do for that size. But OVT worked for me.

Actually I think Russian turned me onto that regime when I used to roam am...huh.

I need to go dig up that regime.
 
i also do the same thing which you do.thats why i also have a great body.i think if you have a great routine that it can help you build a great body.good routine is a good supplements for bodybuilding.so make sure exercise routine is good.
 
nothing adds mass like heavy squats / deadlifts/bench /etc. skip all the excercises that include the word concentration or isolation and blast compound movements to the maxx.
 
I agree with DADAWG....my best mass workouts thats worked best for me is

chest-flat bench-4 sets of 8,6,6,4
Incline bench-3 sets of 8,8,6
Flat db-3 sets of 6(alternate db floor press and db bench press eo/week
incline or flat cable flys 3 sets of 8-10 and i alternate this chest workout every month

my arm workout(mass)
close grip bench-4 sets of 6
skullbusters-3 sets of 8
DB french press-3 sets of 8
Isolated db hammer tricep/tricep pressdowns,alternate eo/week

SBCurls-4 sets of 8
Incline db curls-3 sets of 8
crossbody hammers-3 sets of 8....

also i change routines every month
