This is an all inclusive package with unlimited progressive coaching. You buy my time and i set up and change the diet as necessary using different philosophies of dieting when necessary

Here is what comes with the package

2. a training routine synergistic with the diet

3. you will be checking in with me at least once a week with specific measurements and your weight so that i may keep track of your progress and make changes as i see fit

How often or how long is a deal like this available?

I just got back into the gym few months back and starting to see some consistency. My biggest issue is a minor shoulder injury, diet and allergies to eggs and some nuts.
