I agree with DPR is 85 % diet, you can tweet your diet to gain or cut, You really have to read & learn the basics of training, you can achieve your goal without the use of AAS..stick around learn from here in Ology,.

Dude it will take 6 month of practicing how to eat to be able to eat enough. At you age your natural testosterone levels are plenty high. I seriously have a hard time eating enough to bulk. I weigh 255.

You need to be eating 4500-7000 calories a day. with 300 grams of protein. If you learn "what to eat and when" your going to blow up. I was skinny like you at that age too. It's just how life is. Learning how to eat isn't figuring out a diet it's living it. Steroids are for you for another 5 years. Go to the diet section and work on putting together a diet. At 19 not to many guys have the discipline to stick to a bulking diet.

Thanks for the reply bro but It's a lot harder to do this because i'm a broke student away at college. I room with 4 roommates and sharing food with them is way hard because none of them have troubles gaining weight so they all eat at a minimum to stay on top of our budget. I, on the other hand, eat just as much as they do and do not gain a damn pound. It's way fuckin irritating and that's why i'm turning to test. I'll research more on eating but the amount of food i have to eat is not anywhere near my budget. Tuition at UC's is through the roof and i have a lot of troubles maintaing my current financial needs. Anyone have a thread or some type of guide to a wallet friendly bulking diet? haha

even if you somehow manage to gain weight using steroids without adding food .

you WILL LOSE ALL OF IT when you come off your cycle. quitmaking excuses and tsart eating more and getting plenty of rest.

i planned on eating A LOT on it i was just going to use it as more of a push start to leave me with at least 15-20 more pounds. No excuses here trust me, i love to eat.
 
THe diet I was talking bout is the same thing you will need to grow with steroids. Your not understanding the situation. Your natural test levels are so high that it is keeping you skinny. You can't eat enough now adding more test isn't going to change that you need more protein in your diet at the right time. Whey protein shake are a must. Call home and talk to dad. about helping put an extra $100 a month on a meal card on campus. Get your own fridge. the 10 lbs frozen chicken breast are cheap. Start eating eggs. Welcome to it. I eat so many chicken breast and eggs when on cycle I though I would grow feathers.

Protein shake 2 scoups first thing in the morning and every 2.5 hrs threw the day and 1 before bed and wake up in the middle of the night and eat.
This is what just a peek at it takes to grow on cycle.

What to eat at the right time is important too. 7 meals a day. It's not easy.


I totally understand where your coming from. If you really want some help try a mass stack at www.juicepump.com I used the compound in the d-anobal to put on 15 pounds back in the 90's your still going to learn how to eat.

I really haven't read much of it. The truth is at 19 years old and 145 pounds it doesn't much matter what everyone else is saying. This kid can't afford to eat now. He doesn't understand that his food bill should be 4 time What it is now and double that while on cycle. He's way to young and under developed to cycle. He won't add muscle if he can't eat. Cut the Beer budget and stop smoking pot. get a part time job in a restaurant of grocery store for the discount.


You are what you right. Speaking of eating. Think I'm going to go eat something.

I don't agree with this. Good cardio health is a must. you just need to learn how to eat for your goals

you're absolutely right dpr, good cardio health is crucial. i should be careful how i phrase that kind of stuff.... this guys said abs and cardio every day.... guys like that either have or want a 6-pack and usually think the roids are going to have something to with that. what i was trying to get across was not to do tons of cardio all the time to burn fat. get in cardio for your heart, yes, not for your stomach. was my point.

like you said, it is eating that will play the strongest part in how your body look and that was definitely the main point i was making but you're right i wasn't clear about that.

The people at costco hate me. I buy so much from there every week that I usually need help pushing one of the carts back to my car if my wife isn't with me......not to mention how long it takes to scan up my stuff.....
 
honestly brother just go to the gym and get to learn your body first , train with extreme intensity and eat until you puke every day , and i promiss you my friend, you will have the same results as if you took test. it'll barely change anything since your test levels are already so high at your age. train a good 3 years minimum, research your shit and maybe then think about the juice . either way good luck
