Hey guys first of all I'm 5'7" 200lbs and about 9%bf. Only using 150mgs of propionate a day and eating decent 4 to 5 times a day. When I'm at work doing manual labor in between meals I get shaky and weak feeling a lot. Does that mean eat more often or what??
Eat more complex carbs during the day as it's probably your blood sugar dropping down. If it continues to happen, I'd invest in a $20 glucose meter you can pick up at any pharmacy/grocery store and keep track of how things are going. If you're going hypoglycemic (under 70mg/dL) regularly, it's possible that you're also going hyperglycemic (above 140mg/dL) and may need to consult a doctor as this could lead to diabetes. Don't freak out just yet though - it could totally just be your diet not being sufficient for your daily needs.
Right... if I eat then I'm fine and my appetite is getting massive and I'm getting leaner?! But I train hard and work hard and just a very busy person.

Yep, just your body telling you that it needs more sugars since you're burning so many. If it becomes something that worries you, I'd definitely go see your doctor as hypo (low) can be a warning sign of other issues. Otherwise, stock up on those fiber-rich carbs!
