Feeling down on test e cycle thinking of coming off!!

Prince, in no way, shape or form am I bashing you... Just giving my 2c :)

An AI will get to work by binding to the aromatase enzyme once it's in the blood, estrogen production is then slowed/halted and the remaining estrogen is then metabolised... I know for a fact many guys report after a few hours they can feel their e2 dropping after dosing an AI, but you won't feel it instantly as like I said, the estrogen has to be metabolised first/levels reduce down. It has been proven after 24hrs exemstane has a substantial impact on e2, but it doesn't take an einstein to work that out.

I know myself that I can feel myself going from just in the sweet spot/normal range to too low when dosing stane, takes about 6 hours and I have anxiety (this 2 months ago when dialing in, attempting to dial in on stane).

How long has it been? Many people say stane is weak and you can't crash your e2, sorry but the fact is that is BULLSHIT as it is very much so possible, I myself have done it as have many others. The extent to which it will crash it though isn't as strong as say letro, however, still possible to crash it.

Staunch, in no way, shape or form am I NOT offended :madflip:
Haha just kiddin bro, you know I value your opinion ;)

Well that is interesting! I'm merely regurgitating what I have read in my time researching, and I have no doubt that you probably have researched/understand the function of AIs better than I do. That being said, I do find it difficult to believe there would be a significant drop in e2 levels immediatley after ingestion. I can definetly see a few hours after there being a reduction - but a significant amount that is big enough you can "feel" it? I'll take your word on it for now, but do you have any bloodwork/studies that show that? Just for my curiousity :p

Maybe I am doubtful because I can never feel anything from estrogen. I'm sure I've had my levels in the hundreds before, and I've also tanked them before too - didn't feel any difference. I get zero symptoms of either high or low estro. Just lucky I guess.

So anyway what your saying is that most of an AI's estro lowering effects will occur basically within 12-24hrs or so of ingestion? I always thought it would be a few days/half lives before you saw any real drop. Again, this was all just my assumption though.

Thanks for the eye opener bud ;)

If my E2 is high, I can feel the effects of taking more arimidex usually within 12 hours. Now if my EW is low and I reduce my dose I can't say the same thing. It seems to Ana LOT longer to increase E2.
