feeling old

I m pushing 46..what are your test levels ?
Mine were 110..but then I geared a good bit in my 20 s..OK...I did a lot so this is probly my fault.
Laid off 11-12 years..but have always been athletic..it s my hobby..and my bodies performance is integral to my making a living.
Bout 18-24 months ago..I felt like a complete work up was due..nothin was getting better in the gym..when things go good in the gym they go better throughout all aspects of my little cosmos dude.
My test was half of minimum..
After trying andro gel..it s fkn lame..I took it into my own hands..My doc is cool..I ve done Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) doses 150-200 mgs a week of cyp..interrupted by a couple- three cycles..10-12 weeks on..mainly with test..off for 12-16 weeks-- repeat..but thats me.
I would get those numbers...from your doc..or an Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinic...before I did anything else.
I feel so much better..
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for me..with some augmentation..
But that s me.
GH is on the radar...ongoing cost benefit analysis...

the man formerly known as the German is correct. Dude - I agree that you need tests, but whatever they come back, 250mg/week test enan is gonna make a HUGE difference - more muscle mass, leaner - I use test 250/week and HGH 4IU/day - I lost fat, increase libido etcc.

I DO NOT agree with all these guys telling you to cycle. Way too much too soon. I gained 20 pounds with just adding 250/week test alone. I am 45. Get tests before you do anyting. Post results up and we will help you from there.

I have, all is good i could write all day but dont want to drag anything out, i am in very good shape internaly, all blood levels are in good ranges.i always wanted to be more muscular, hopefully doing it as safe as possible, thanks
So what are your testosterone levels like according to that bloodwork? That isn't a typical blood screening test physicians in general are still coming around to TRT.

Hey,everybody I am new to this and want to get opinions on some things. I am 50 years old and 6' 1' 220lbs. I am in good shape but not very muscular.

Do you lift on a regular basis? How much weight are you putting up?

6'1" and 220 pounds indicates that you've either got excess fat or above-average muscle or both.
