On day 4 of cycle so far no side effects other than hot flashes and unquenchable thirst but nothing noticeable I can still go about a normal day in warm weather with just a ceiling fan. Pretty sure I'm retaining a ton of water since I'm drinking 24/7.
Days 1-3: 125 mg at 8:00am
Day 4:
125mg 10:00 am | 125mg 3:00pm
I don't feel any different than the first day but I can tell I'm getting slimmer and retaining water at the same time (shrinking waist while gaining a water belly.. Puffy face..etc)
This is just a test run so I'm not raising it past 250mg for the next ten days completing a 2 week cycle.
Now I know it builds up in my system so by when is it safe to take the next dose? If I take it at the same time I did today it'll still be within the 36hr half life from today. Should I wait it out until the next 36 hours or am I good to go by 10:00 and 3:00pm tomorrow?
I'm stocked up on water, electrolytes, anti-oxidants, multi vitamins and complex carbs. I started at 55kg but won't be weighing myself until the end of my cycle and a week after water weight.
